Everything You Need to Know
If you are unable to arrive during the listed check-in times, a greeter may not be available. In that case, self check-in instructions will be posted at the check-in location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Checkout for this cabin is by 10AM on Sunday. You can either put your things in your vehicle or in the movement room in the Johnson Cabins. Your belongings will be safe.

Essentials
• Your favourite sauna wear for the Saturday Fashion Show Cat Walk! • Sauna-casual clothing and warm layers • Slippers or sandals for sauna hopping • Bathing suit
• Electrolytes • Sauna towel (We have a limited number and cannot replace lost towels. Bringing your own, especially a distinctive one, is highly recommended.) • Sauna hat (vendors will also be on site) • Robe or large wrap (highly recommended as lots of time spent outside between saunas) • Water bottle • Business cards or an easy way to share contact info
• Notebook and pen • Yoga mat if you’re attending movement sessions (we have limited amount on site to borrow)
• Activewear for movement (ex. yoga, trail running, nature walk, possible canoe)

NOTE: There is no service at Loon Lake Lodge, but wifi is in all buildings.

Arrival Instructions
You will arrive at a closed gate with flashing red lights. Use the keypad on your left to open the gate. • Do not allow any vehicles to enter behind you • Wait for the gate to fully close before continuing
After the gate, continue 7 km on the main gravel road, following all signs for Loon Lake. The speed limit inside the Research Forest is 30 km/h. This drive takes approximately 15 minutes.
As you approach the lodge area, proceed to the appropriate parking area based on whether you are a day visitor or an overnight guest. You may unload items at your cabin or drop-off area, then move your vehicle to its designated parking zone. (View Map)

Parking by Guest Type
Day Visitors - ANGLE PARKING Day visitor parking is clearly marked near the Bentley Dining Hall. Please refer to the map for exact locations.
Overnight Guests Overnight guest parking is in designated areas near accommodations. Please park only in your assigned zone: • Koerner Lodge • Johnson Cabin
THIS IS 100% a NUT FREE KITCHEN
Please arrive on time for meals as they are only served for 1-HOUR.
Meals included with your ticket are clearly listed in your registration details. NOTE: Breakfast is for overnight guests ONLY. If you are staying off-site or just coming for the day, please arrange your breakfasts accordingly.
All meals will be served in the Bentley Dining Hall. Please refer to the event agenda for specific meal times.
Snacks will be available throughout the weekend in the communal fridge located in the Koerner Dining Room.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Meals accommodating dietary restrictions will be set up along the back wall of the Bentley Dining Hall and are reserved only for guests who submitted dietary restrictions during registration. Guests with nut allergies can join the regular line.
Accessibility
The site includes stairs, gravel paths, outdoor walking, and uneven ground.
